Yummy Cinnamon Dessert!

Magic Marshmallow Puffs!

These desserts are supper quick and easy and have been a HUGE hit with everyone that I have served them to. The ingredients are not perfectly measured, but I will give  approximately what I use for this recipe.


1 1/2 cans of extra fluffy crescent (unbaked)
1 bag of Regular large marshmallows
1 cup of sugar
1 Stick of butter
Powdered sugar

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease or butter 1 full size muffin pan.
Melt 1 stick of butter.
In a seperate bowl, combine about 1 cup of sugar with your desired amount of cinnamon (my husband and I like a lot!)
Take a marshmallow and roll it in the butter then roll it in the sugar/cinnamon mixture.
Now place the marshmallow in the center of a flattened crescent dough piece.
Roll it into a ball and do your best to pinch any openings together so that it forms a solid ball of dough around the marshmallow
(this step is important as you don't want too much marshmallow coming out while they are cooking)
Now take the ball of dough with the marshmallow inside and roll it in the butter and in the sugar cinnamon mixture.
Place one puff/muffin slot in the pan.
Once you have done a whole dozen, bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

While they are baking, mix about a tablespoon of milk with lots of powdered sugar to create a glaze consistency. I usually just gradually add until I have the desired thickness.
Then add a dash of vanilla and stir.

These are best served fresh and hot. Let them cool for just a couple of minutes, then use a knife to easily pull them out of the pan. serve on a place and add the glaze.

These are not the most healthy, but they are DELICIOUS!
