The Talia mesh cardigan has such a beautiful drape to it. The hem consists of a slight high-low ruffle, as well as ruffled empire waistline. It is accented by a sling tie to pull the garment together in the front, creating a small bow. The sleeves are three quarter with a 1.5" cuff.
