Return Policy

We understand that things don’t always work out, especially in the world of online shopping. We try to make returns as easy as possible! Unworn, unwashed, unaltered goods may be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase.  If it is possible we may do an even exchange; however, we cannot guarantee the stock of items desired. Special orders and accessories are absolutely non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

If you believe that you have received a defective item or incorrect merchandise, please contact us within 3 business days so the issue can be addressed promptly. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the tags attached. If items are returned: worn, visible with makeup and/or deodorant, damaged, or beyond the 14-day return period, they will not be accepted and returned to you at your expense.  Final sale items are non-returnable or exchangeable.

Please mail your returns to: Zadie B’s at 371 Towne Center Place, Ridgeland, MS 39157. Please contact us before shipping your merchandise so that we may update our records. Also, make sure your original receipt is included with a reason for your return; please make sure to include your contact information on the return request. Shipment options are the customer’s discretion as you may choose the most economical method of shipping. Please consider purchasing insurance and tracking information, we are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen merchandise. Shipping cost are non-refundable as they are paid to a 3rd party. Keep in mind, we do not issue refunds. Your returned items, if unworn and not final sale items, may be eligible for store credit only. We do not issue cash, check, gift card or credit card refunds. All items purchased are non refundable.
